Never Thought This Would Happen....

I never thought there would come a day when I would be blogging when I have nothing else to do. Usually I blog while procrastinating my math homework, a piano tab I just could no finish, or some other important task. That's not the case here. It's 10:02, and I cannot start a conversation with anyone. I'm not really in the mood to tab. Although, I do have a never-ending list of songs I need to tab, artist s I need to look up, or subjects I'm supposed to write a song about. Hmmm...I wonder if there are any good videos I could watch. Okay, inspiration for a time-consuming tab! Here's the video. A well known song, amongst '80's music loving reader's. Anyway, forget my whining about being bored. I'm off to tab this song, Elton John style. Oh wait...no. Scratch that Elton John part. Do not take that seriously. Rephrasement time. "I'm off to tab this song, the exact oppossite of how Elton John would." There we go. Untill next time,

Kayla abandoned you. For good reason, which she didn't explain correctly. But l was still here

It has been weeks. And Kayla hasn't blogged. Oh well. At least I was here posting my invisible posts. They're always entertaining, right? I hope so. I guess I should fill you in on what I've been doing these past 4 weeks.

Okay. To start off with, I also went through the two terrible English books that Kayla did, and the novel tests. That was pretty tough. But just like Algebra 1B, which I also have with Kayla, I get an A and don't have to do hardly anything. Now for one of the best parts. Band. Of course I'm in band with Kayla. Gosh, it's starting to sound like I do everything with Kayla, isn't it? Well, not really. Okay, back to band. Competition next week or whatever, something like that. I'm a percussionist, we don't fret and stress over anything. We are the heartbeat of the band, but we're also the mellow group. Our band director doesn't directly acknowledge us unless we're interrupting her. She's been acknowledging us a lot lately, because of competition. But it's all still good. Hmm, time for piano stuff, I guess.

Like Kayla, I tabbed "Everything I Do (I Do It For You)" by Bryan Adams, but it didn't really work out too well. So I'm waiting for Kayla to bring me the sheet music. Which could be a while. While I waited, which I'm still doing, I tabbed "Listen to Your Heart" by Roxette, "Heaven" by Bryan Adams, the theme from Zelda, and some Evanescence stuff. So, I've been on top of my game, sounds like, right? Well, on top of all this stuff, I'm going to try to keep the blog updated, since some certain Angry Pianist can't, *cough, Kayla*. I guess I'm just better at, um, whatever that's called. I'm not making fun of you, Kayla. You're still my best friend.
Untill next time,
~Lucas

I abandoned you.

It's been weeks, and I'm truly sorry about that. I've been incredibly busy, and I just haven't had the time or motivation to blog. So, what's the Angry Pianist been up to? Everything.

After reading two horrible books in English, taking one novel test that kicked my butt, and now beginning to study for another novel test that is in my near future, I want nothing to do with literature. Period. And that isn't all. Somehow, I've aced the first semester of Algebra 1B. How, I will never know. It's not like I did anything in there. Anyway, not important. Band. Band has been what I've been caught up in. In one week (actually it's one week from tomorrow, but who really cares?) we have a contest. Apparently it's important. Life lesson for a musician #465: In the weeks coming up to a band contest, your band director is the scariest person alive. Not really. Truly, I do love and respect her. Just saying. She isn't someone you'd want to mess with right now. That's probably been the most stressful thing in life lately.

Not to mention that I'm going to do photography for a wedding in 12 days. Yes. Me. *I* am going to be the cool person with the camera. [/bragging] Anyway, as you can imagine, that takes some preparation. I'm currently trying to decide what color schemes, poses, angles, etc. that I'll be using. That's some work right there.

Now for the piano part of things. In the past month, I have done one piano thing. I pulled out the sheet music for "Everything I Do (I Do It For You)" by Bryan Adams and played it. That's it. Nothing else. No tabs, nothing. I also haven't played my guitar. Yes, I know. I'm bad. But I can't help it if my obsessiveness with my flute playing and getting everything ready for contest have me incredibly sick of music by the end of the day. I'll get back on it soon enough. Just let everything calm down for a while.

And it looks like it's time for me to leave the blog once again. Maybe it won't get so boring. Maybe Lucas will post. I'll be sure and complain that he doesn't post enough. :)

*yawn*

Special post? I've been sitting at this computer for 24 hours. Nothing. Thanks, Lucas. Thanks a lot. :)

Maybe it IS special. Maybe it's here, but it's invisible. O.o Yes. That's it. It's here. Ah! I figured it out.

I need a life. Desperately. *sigh* All this mumbling is coming from my sick, sleep deprived state. Fabulous. I'll blog again when I feel like it, lovelies.

Special Post for Kayla!

Well, this isn't the special post. This is just forwarning you that it's coming. I'm going to make you a special post, just for you. It's to, umm, celebrate you not quiting piano. Oh and before I go and spend hours on your post, a quick question: Should I end my post in a signature? I kinda like the idea.

-Lucas

Just Kidding.

Text ColorSo, I don't quit. I figured out the tab that Lucas failed to write legibly and now I'm not aggravated anymore. Lalallalllllalllalalalllalaaaalalala. Angry Pianist is back. So, ignore the last post. It's not there.
